This house is a sister-home of our other listed property that is located directly behind. It is equally as beautiful yet unique in many ways. Our home is fully furnished and personally styled. The living room is naturally cool during the summers due to its brick walls and each bedroom room is also cozy and comfortable. It is located in the East side of Santa Barbara, 10-12 minutes away from East Beach and Fess Parker Resort. We welcome you to stay at a home away from home.

The Space 

Bedroom One: Full-sized bed, closet, double dresser with mirror. 

Bedroom Two: Full-sized bed, closet, wall mirror, 3-drawer chest, accent mirror.

Guest Access

Enjoy a front yard full of fruit trees, side pathway with a picnic table, front porch, driveway for 2 vehicles, in-unit washer and dryer.

Other things to note
There is a studio adjacent to this property, so you may see the tenants walk by the driveway to get to the studio! They are very respectful and nice people.
