We welcome you to stay in our newest listing, Citrus Villa #A! This fully renovated two bedroom, 1 bath was remodeled with the help of our daughter. Enjoy a relaxing stay in a fully equipped and furnished one-story home.

The space

Fully furnished 1200 Sq ft. living space. Saltillo tile throughout the kitchen and living room. 

Bedroom One: Queen-sized bed, closet with mirror sliding doors, and reading nook. 

Bedroom Two: Full-sized bed, walk-in closet. 

Kitchen: Stainless steal appliances, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and more.

Living Room: 43'' SMART TV, Sectional with chaise, office space with desk and chair.

*SMART TV grants guests access to log in to their own streaming accounts to watch shows, listen to music, etc. Traditional TV Cable is NOT available (Guests are able to register for desired TV channels through COX cable via Roommate Accounts Service)

Cleaning Fee $185 per stay

Pet Fee $100 per trip

Linens Fee $85

*Stays longer than 90 nights may be considered and an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
