We welcome you to stay in our second-story living home. It is a fully furnished home with cathedral ceilings and Saltillo tile throughout the kitchen and living room. Great views on both balconies, one overseeing the street and the other above the backyard with a lawn chair.

Bedroom One: Queen-sized bed, closet, double dresser with mirror. 

Bedroom Two: Full-sized bed, closet, wall mirror, 3-drawer chest, accent mirror.

Enclosed remote control garage parking for 2 cars. 

BBQ, 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs, surf boards.

Minimum Stay 30 nights

Maximum Stay 90 nights

Check-out 11:00am

No overnight guests

Do NOT block driveway at any time

Additional Charges

Cleaning Fee $185 per stay

Pet Fee $100 per trip

Linens Fee $85 

*Stays longer than 90 nights may be considered and an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
